How secure is it?

In order to obtain a high degree of security in the electronic operation, NLB Tutunska banka has provided state-of-the-art technologies with the highest security standards, according to world wide criteria.
All the information transferred between the user and the Bank are encoded. The user is identified through his name and password (for Mini Klik), as well as through an OTP – One Time Password which is generated through a TOKEN (for Maxi Klik).

MINI KLIK

With the Mini Klik package, which enables only checking of the balance and payment of overhead costs, you are identified through a username and a password. During the application for a Mini Klik you will receive a username and an activation code. When logging in for the first time in NLB Klik with the activation code, you yourself immediately define the password which you will be using in the future to log in.

You yourself can contribute for a high degree of security by defining a “strong” password by following a few simple rules:
  • the password should contain at least 9 characters
  • it should be a combination of letters, numbers and special characters
  • it should not contain your name or the name of the persons closest to you
  • do not tell your password to anyone

MAXI KLIK

With the Maxi Klik package, where aside from the check of the balance, all types of payments are enabled, aside from the username and password, an electronic device, TOKEN, is used for generating OTP – One Time Password.
